Todd and I went out to Metro Beach over the weekend on the bike and walked along the nature trail. Cotton Wood covered nearly all of the water along the trail. As soon as we started walking we ran across Sponge Bob and Todd felt that he should be up in a tree! I really had a good time. It felt good to get out after being in the hospital.

I took these yesterday out on the hot tub cover. I cut down Chris' Gerber Daisy to make it possible! I like how it came out. I never enjoyed taking pictures like this until Todd bought me this camera. Now, I find myself looking, with every step for photo op's.

Roses that Todd planted in the back yard yesterday afternoon.

Yesterday Todd and I went on a picture taking adventure for the day along the water and to St. John's Marsh. Here's a sampling of what I got. This was the first time that I have seen a swan this close up...OMFG, they are HUGE! Todd picked up 2 ticks in the tall grass at the marsh...scary. We had a great time and after he took me to Famous Dave's for dinner. He's the greatest! Mark and Chris went into downtown Mt. Clemens for pictures. The storms rolled in while we were out on the pier. The sirens went off and we booked to the car, got in, rolled the windows down and it hit! We could hardly see at times driving back. Just made it with the cameras and his hearing aide. Anyway.....I am taking life easy today, maybe a little laundry but that's it. Toodles!

Jessica's feet this morning. Seriously, I do not have a foot fetish. I just like taking pictures of feet. Tired this morning and I slept good so I don't understand.

I took this yesterday of Jess' hand. I like it. I have sooooo much to do today....ideas for art journal, work on Todd's Valentine's collage, laundry, clean Superbowl mess up, shower....too much. I broke the fishbowl yesterday washing it. I have my coffee, the morning news going and a fire roaring....comfy. I think my next post will be a 'Cast of Characters' post so that you all know who I am talking about in my entries. This was so random!

Another day working on the website. I am really enjoying this. I don't know html so those parts are challenging but I like what's there so far.

I took this picture on the front porch last Sunday morning. Yes, my feet froze but it made for a good picture. See my pretty manicured toes?

Been up since 3:00 AM. Couldn't sleep so I played around with the website until it was time to make everyone's lunches.

Must buy canvas because I have an idea for a painting that will be a Valentine's Day present.

From back in the Fall one evening when Todd and I went for a motorcycle ride out to Metro Beach and watched the sunset.

Cleaned most of the day and did laundry. I was quite productive. Spent some time looking for stuff like backgrounds and fonts for the website. Made taco salad for dinner and now I'm relaxing, watching Jeopardy while I play on the laptop.

When I take pictures I have a slight obsession with pictures of feet and signs. Had a frustrating weekend trying to work on the website since I don't have the Front Page program. Christopher stopped by yesterday. That was nice. We got another 6 inches of snow Saturday night and the snow blower died Sunday morning. I've got to get my butt moving and get some cleaning and laundry done. Toodles.

This is just my morning meds. Some days I feel as if my life is controlled by meds. With my shots all of my meds are a little over $5,000 a month. If I didn't have health insurance I would just be sick. Period. As is, my co-pays make my out of pocket cost $240 a month. I could make another car payment for God's sake. Just the Copaxone shots are $2,600 a month. It's insane.

Today I am feeling like the kid picked first for dodge ball. I got some sleep last night, my legs are feeling better and life is good!

I started a fire this morning to get the chill out of here and realized soon that the chill was within my soul. Who do I see for that? This depression has it's arms tight around me and I am struggling to fight it. I hate my body for what it puts me thru sometimes.
